Fascinating RPG type game with space exploration, factions, battles, and ship-building. Looking forward to playing with different career choices and alignments. Highly recommend. Very addictive once you work through the mechanics. No concerns really, except updates on new trade alliances and conflicts show up briefly in pop up windows that disappear --- would be great have a close or dismiss option.
This game is a fun escape that is easy to set down when you have to and pick right back up again.
Similar to another review, it's a little irritating that it either hides info, doesn't tell you how to find the info, or makes things harder than necessary (such as trying to buy and sell stuff and having to remember or write down prices instead of having a little up and down arrow when selling to tell you if you're making or losing money). I also buy fuel and have no clue why I'm breaking some trade agreement or whatever. I NEED fuel, why do I get in trouble for buying it? Needs QOL changes.
This game is super fun
I'd like to see more games from Cory, they are often in depth and challenging. 4x and this have become two of my favorite, Templar, not so much.
Trese Brothers could well have written a book or two set within this universe: the world building and lore are evidently quite good. Their games are terribly ugly, however.
The game is fun and ses to have great potential. However the amount of information which is hidden from the player can make this a frustrating experience. I was having a great time discovering ancient alien artifacts in the wild regions of a planet, but before I could sell them they were confiscated by the authorities. My gripe is that the game never told me that it was illegal to have those goods. Also I think it is annoying that refueling your ship is a violation of an embargo.

It's a nice game, no glitches, kinda generic and limited on developing ship's.
